The position
As the Head of one of the Project Offices at Cambio you will be leading a group of professional project managers. You will be part of owning the project methods, tools, and to secure an effective governance that we use to secure high-quality and efficient project deliveries.
Cambio’s primary objective is to deliver a high-quality customer experience, and the project managers reporting to you play a critical role in delivering against our customer contracts, needs, and expectations.
Achieving this objective will require a strong customer focus and experience from delivering large scale end-to-end projects within complex IT environments for enterprise IT customers where predictability, quality and security are of paramount importance.

The position
The Cambio IT unit is expanding our IT security capabilities, we are looking for a new colleague to be a part of the IT security team. In this position the focus is to work with our IT security systems in collaboration with various teams across Cambio to ensure a high level of security for our environments and customers. We need you - a skilled and motivated IT Security Engineer, keen on working with both IT security on-prem and in cloud.
In your role as a Security Engineer your focus will primarily be designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems, functions and mechanisms and infrastructure in collaboration with various teams across Cambio to ensure a high level of security for our environments and customers.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, GDPR).
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.
Experience with scripting and automation e.g., Python, PowerShell (including KQL), Bash.
Experience from tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana/Loki , Elastic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The positionWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in our R&D Integrations team. Within R&D Integrations, we work with exciting initiatives where we enable information to be available at the right place in the right time, through various integrations. The integrations enable, for example, patients to be able to read their medical records or book appointments online. It also enables healthcare professionals to read and use information from an external ambulance system in the system used at the emergency wards, or to manage electronic sick leave certificates directly in our electronic health record COSMIC.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a part of an agile development team including developers and testers. You will also collaborate closely with product owner(s), other business analysts, informaticians and architects. You will investigate and analyze needs, detail requirements, and design integration solutions for both new and existing products. You are an important link between the developers and the customer, with the mission to understand the needs of our end users and translate them into technical solutions. You often get to follow an initiative all the way from pre-study to development and implementation at the customer's premises. As part of our team, you will do meaningful work where you help to improve and digitize healthcare processes.

The positionAs Director of Technology Security, you play a critical role in safeguarding the technological infrastructure and assets of the company. Krav

För den här tjänsten lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Vidare tror vi att du har relevant utbildning inom medicinsk informatik, systemvetenskap eller motsvarande och du har redan påbörjat din karriär och arbetat några år som Business Analyst eller Kravanalytiker.

- Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet av kravanalys/BA inom mjukvaruutveckling

- Har god insikt i metoder för att identifiera verksamhetsbehov och hur de kan omsättas till krav för mjukvaruutveckling

- Kan kommunicera flytande på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift då det krävs i den dagliga kommunikationen

- Relevant utbildning inom kognitionsvetenskap, systemvetenskap eller motsvarande

Meriterande:

- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en agil organisation

- Erfarenhet av e-hälsoområdet

- Erfarenhet av arbete med standarder inom medicinsk informatik

- Erfarenhet av arbete med databaser

- Erfarenhet av hälsodataregister

- Erfarenhet av hälsosjukvårds arbete

- Kunskaper i informations- och processmodellering

Placeringsort: Stockholm eller Linköping

Övriga dagar kan du arbeta hemifrån om du vill, men du är självklart alltid välkommen till kontoret också.

Omfattning: Heltid

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning, 6 månaders provanställning
