Våra system används på över 2400 anläggningar inom gym-och fitnessbranschen i tio länder och detta gör att våra produkter når över 3,5 miljoner slutanvändare!
Du som någon gång har bokat spinning, en PT-klass eller har checkat in i gymmets reception, har troligen använt våra produkter som slutanvändare. Om du har förlängt ett abonnemang eller betalat i kassan så har receptionisten dessutom arbetat i våra system.
Vi är den ledande leverantören i Norden och jobbar hårt för att fortsätta expandera. Därför vill vi nu accelerera försäljningen ytterligare!
Vem söker vi?
Vi söker dig med tidigare erfarenhet från arbete med försäljning och kundrelationer. Då BRP är ett system som täcker allt från CRM till Retention, behöver du ha kunskap kring komplex lösningsförsäljning och värdeskapande försäljning samt ha förmågan att kunna konsultera och sätta dig in i kundens behov. Strategiskt säljarbete på multinationell marknad är mycket meriterande.
Du som säljare på BRP är tillsammans med vår Customer Success ansvarig för att underhålla både nya och nuvarande relationer till våra kunder. I rollen kan det komma att ingå KAM-ansvar och vi vill därför att du har dokumenterad erfarenhet från att framgångsrikt ha arbetat med Key Accounts.
Hos oss kommer du att samarbeta med många personer och avdelningar, både internt och externt. Det krävs därför att du är en duktig relationsskapare som kan strukturera din tid och arbeta utifrån satta processer inom bolaget. En säljprocess hos oss kan ta allt från någon månad till ett par år därför krävs det att du är både lösningsorienterad, resultatinriktad och ihärdig för att komma i mål.
Du kommer att ingå i vårt säljteam för Sverige som idag består av sex personer där ansvarig chef utgår från Linköping. Med fördel utgår även du ifrån vårt huvudkontor.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Driva och utveckla affären i säljprocessen från start till mål; prospektering, behovsanalys hos kund, demo, avtal, avslut
Bygga en hög produktförståelse för att kunna utföra demos inför kund och kunna erbjuda den bästa lösningen utifrån behov
Driva strategiskt arbete där såväl förhandling, avtalsfrågor och prissättning, vilka vi tror är nyckelfaktorer för framgång
Ansvara för att utpekat CRM-system alltid är uppdaterat
Med stöd från marknadsavdelningen skapa och driva marknadsplaner för respektive marknad och segment
Ansvara för Key Accounts där du driver arbetet för kundens Governance enligt förutbestämd process
Delta på mässor och event som företrädare för bolaget och produkten

Om rollen
Som Frontendutvecklare på BRP är du tillsammans med ditt team ansvarig för användarupplevelsen av vår app och webb. Appen och webben är byggda i React och React native, där appen finns tillgänglig för iOS och Android. Utvecklingen innebär att skriva affärslogik och att integrera med backend API:er.
Vår app används av över en halv miljon slutanvändare, så ditt arbete kommer att påverka en stor användarbas. Tillsammans med teamet är du engagerad i att säkerställa en smidig användarresa samt att göra det enklare för gym- och fitnessbranschen att bedriva sina verksamheter.
Några huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer vara:
Bidra med högkvalitativ kod utifrån best practice
Test, granskning och underhåll av koden för att säkerställa produktens kvalitet och stabilitet
Delta i hela livscykeln för produkten: från design till utrullning och underhåll

Vi erbjuder en roll där du får ta mycket eget ansvar och där det finns stor möjlighet till egna initiativ - både vad gäller genomförandet av uppgifter, arbetssätt och idéer. Du bör trivas med att jobba ihop med andra då arbetet främst bedrivs i agil form i mindre team. Dina färdigheter
Vi letar efter en frontendutvecklare med tidigare arbetserfarenhet och med erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt. Du har:

Några års erfarenhet som frontendutvecklare
Erfarenhet av app- och webbutveckling i ramverk som React, Angular eller liknande

Responsibilities
As an Application Consultant, you are offered a position with great variety where you have a lot of responsibility and mandate to influence the work within your department – but also outside of it.
As a consultant, you have an understanding of how our own system works and are responsible for integrating this into other systems where you apply your technical knowledge to different businesses.
You work with everything from implementations of BRP's system as a whole to quotation work, configuration, consultation and training. In this role, you will work with your team of 9 colleagues, as well as cross-functionally with employees from different departments at BRP Systems.
Skills
We want you to have a higher degree, preferably in systems science, IT, engineering or equivalent. You need to have good technical knowledge, and it is a merit if you have a basic understanding of programming and programming languages, databases and technical infrastructure.
We also want you to have experience in working with ERP systems and have knowledge of how to build them. Of course, it is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the industry we work in and highly meritorious if you have worked in a similar role before.
It is required that you are fluent in English in speech and writing, as this is the company's corporate language.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills where you communicate clearly and structured – both externally with customers and internally with colleagues. As the role offers a lot of freedom and own responsibility, you are a self-starter and act on your own initiative where you are responsible for the result.
You thrive on developing your own knowledge as well as improving the areas you believe would enhance the experience for everyone involved. As a consultant, you are part of a team, and you also work together with other departments at BRP Systems, and therefore you need to be able to collaborate well together with others where you share knowledge, experience and information to achieve common goals together.

Along with other things we supply high-quality hardware from some of the top-performing suppliers on the market and are offering Hardware as a Service to our clients. Therefore, we are now looking for our future sales executive within hardware. Responsibilities
As the sales executive for hardware, you will be responsible for several areas. The overall target is hardware sales, where you will manage and develop both existing and new partnerships with customers. As the sales executive you will work with identifying needs around hardware and offer solutions and services to our clients within the area. You are a part of the sales team but will naturally cooperate with other departments at BRP to make sure our customers are as satisfied as possible. Furthermore, development of new hardware solutions and administration around sales are natural tasks that lies in the responsibility of this role.
Skills
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have good technical knowledge within hardware & network and are used to customer service. It’s an advantage if you have experience from working with hardware in similar industries and also have knowledge of transactions and entry. You need to be fluent in english as this is the concern language.
Qualifications
To be suited for this role, we want you to have high communication skills where you communicate clear and effective. You need to have the ability to create a useful network of contacts and relationships, where you focus on performance and seizes business opportunities.
You are passionate about sales and needs to be good at acting on your own initiative and making things happen, where you also take responsibility for the result.
