The mission
We are now in search of experienced sales professionals to join our growing team as an Account Executive. Your mission? To be the driving force behind our success by targeting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with customers on a global market in the segments of IoT, PropTech and Consumer Electronics. Right now, we are in discussions with some major global industry leaders, in which you will have a key role in ensuring long-term success.

Together with your brilliant colleagues in our Marketing & Sales team and our expert engineers, you will establish and implement account strategies, map key stakeholders and present to them the values that Epishine and our indoor solar cell brings. This role includes your areas of expertise within Account Management like; prospecting, handling customer quotes, conducting business discussions and sales contract negotiations, all the way to a finalised agreement. At Epishine, we believe that trust is the foundation of sustainable business, which is why you will work in close collaboration with your accounts and build long-term relations with them to understand their needs and create a joint success.

This role will take you an international adventure as you will travel to important meeting and events for around 60 days per year.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in strategic international account management and B2B sales, preferably of technical products. Therefore, it is beneficial if you have a technical educational background.

To enjoy this role, you also need to be a secure, confident and trustworthy person with a strong technical interest and a natural capability to form long-term relationships with customers. You are a confident person who drives customer cases forward independently whilst turning to the team to support when necessary. You thrive in a challenging environment where you will constantly break new ground. Ditt uppdrag
Som Epishines Supply Chain Coordinator kommer din roll att vara att definiera, utveckla och förbättra våra supply chain processer och utföra de uppgifter som krävs inom operativa inköp, materialplanering, varumottagning, lagerhållning och leverans. Det innebär att du kommer att:
Placera, administrera och samordna inköpsordrar för att säkerställa tillgänglighet av råmaterial
Ta emot och registrera inkommande gods och transaktioner in och ut från lager och leverans
Förbereda, packa och administrera utgående order
Följa upp inkommande och utgående försändelser
Kommunicera med nyckelpersoner om problem som är relaterade till inkommande varor, såsom försenade eller felaktiga leveranser
Samarbeta nära med vår produktionskoordinator för att säkra en effektiv produktion

Du kommer också att arbeta kontinuerligt med att förbättra och optimera processerna inom supply chain. Du kommer att vara en del av vår Operations Function och rapportera till vår Operations Function Leader. Vad kommer du att bidra med?
Som Office Coordinator kommer du ha en stödjande roll som möjliggör framgång i alla Epishines team. Du är hjälten som gör vårt nyrenoverade kontor i Linköping till en plats där arbetsglädje och effektivitet går hand i hand. Din viktigaste uppgift? Att se till att vårt kontor fungerar som en välsmord maskin där våra medarbetare vill hänga för att umgås och samarbeta med varandra. Du kommer vara det centrala navet för interna förfrågningar och behov som uppstår; det kan vara allt från att boka företagsevenemang till att fixa en trasig kaffemaskin - inget problem är för stort eller för smått för dig, du löser dem alla med ett leende. Utöver detta kommer du ha ansvar för att sköta allt det dagliga som hör till kontoret, såsom att ta emot och sortera inkommande post och paket, scanna och hantera fakturor, hantera kvitton, säkerställa att förbrukningsmaterial finns på plats och allt därtill.

Vi söker dig som vill arbeta deltid på 50% på vårt kontor i Tornby, Linköping. För rätt person är vi även öppna för andra deltidslösningar.

The team’s purpose is to help our customers transition to Light Energy Harvesting by working on the integration of Epishine’s indoor solar cells into customer products. Your mission in the team will be to coordinate and work on internal and customer projects, by acting as a technical advisor and doer within electronics. The role will require seeing the bigger picture while still handling design details. You should be prepared to work hands-on with electronics development, whilst also taking on a customer-facing, project coordinating role. As Epishine grows, the role will become more defined, and you will get to choose which direction you would like to go in.


The position offers varying tasks such as:

- Actively drive ongoing customer projects and act as a technical advisor to find optimal solutions for customer applications and design
- Collaborate and communicate internally to solve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvements of electrical integration according to our company roadmaps


- On occasion participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to spread the word about Epishine and our mission

Uppdraget
Som Supply Chain Coordinator på Epishine kommer din roll att vara att definiera, utveckla och förbättra våra försörjningskedjeprocesser och rutiner samt utföra de uppgifter som krävs inom operativt inköp, materialplanering, varumottagning, lagerhållning och frakt. Det innebär att du kommer att:
Placera, administrera och samordna inköpsordrar för att säkerställa tillgänglighet av råmaterial
Ta emot och registrera inkommande gods och transaktioner i lager och frakt
Följa upp inkommande och leveranser
Förbereda, packa och administrera försändelser
Kommunicera med relevanta intressenter om eventuella problem som rör inkommande gods, såsom försenade eller felaktiga leveranser.
Samarbeta nära med vår funktionsledare inom produktion för att säkerställa en effektiv produktion

Vem söker vi?

The mission

As an Electronic Engineer at Epishine, you will be part of our Product Integration team which consists of engineers within mechanics and electronics. The team’s purpose is to help our customers transition to Light Energy Harvesting by working on the integration of Epishine’s indoor solar cells into customer products. Your mission in the team will be to coordinate and work on internal and customer projects, by acting as a technical advisor and doer within electronics. The role will require seeing the bigger picture while still handling design details. You should be prepared to work hands-on with electronics development, whilst also taking on a customer-facing, project coordinating role. Who are we looking for?

The assignment
Epishine is now looking for students that would like to carry out their diploma thesis work in our R&D lab. The work will be concentrated around experimental development of organic electronic materials. The over-arching aim is to improve photovoltaic cells performance and thus accelerate the transition of the global energy market towards zero emissions. Together we will custom tailor a specific topic that combines your skillset with our needs.

You are a student who is planning to do your thesis diploma work during spring of 2023. You have an educational background in engineering, physics, chemistry or similar, and you have a clear technical interest. You have a passion for sustainability and you want to make an impact.

The mission
As an International Account Manager at Epishine, your mission will be to identify, approach and manage customers within IoT, PropTech, Facility Management and the sensor industry. Together with your colleagues in the Market & Sales team, you will establish and carry out account strategies, map key stakeholders and present to them the value that Epishine and our solar cell can bring. You will be part of establishing and drive a market that is still unknown to many of our target customers. Together with our expert engineers from Epishine’s Product Integration team, you will help our customers’ transition to light energy harvesting.
The work includes handling customer quotes, business discussions and sales contract negotiations, all the way to a finalised business contract. You will work in close cooperation with your accounts and build long-term relations with key stakeholders in order to understand the needs of your customers. To spread the word about light energy harvesting and Epishine, and to make important connections, you will attend fairs and conferences.
You will work with accounts both in Sweden and on an international market. The role will include national and international travel at around 50-80 days/year. You report directly to our VP of Market & Sales.

The mission
As Junior R&D Engineer at Epishine, you will be working with R&D on a material level with the goal of improving functionality, cost, performance and the reliability of our product. Being part of our R&D Team, you will assist in and carry out product experiments along with experimental fabrication of lab solar cells and the characterisation of these. You will make devices, evaluate their performance, summarise data and write reports. Your first 6 months will also consist of working in our production process so that you get an understanding for the challenges we face in terms of material. Since we are a small team, you need to be open to carry out other tasks as required.
As Epishine grows, so will you! As you strengthen your skillset, you will be provided with more responsibility as R&D support in our various projects. Over time, depending on your interests and skills, you can become specialized in areas ranging from deeper properties of the solar cell to various engineering tasks.
You will report to our CTO whilst also working closely with the whole R&D team; our R&D Director, Senior R&D Engineers, other Junior R&D Engineers, as well as with our Quality Manager. You will also be in close contact with our other teams, such as Operations team and Process Development team. The position is located in our facilities in Linköping.

We are looking for someone with a master’s degree in physics, chemistry, material science or other relevant area. Perhaps you have already graduated, or will be graduating this summer. The mission
As an Electrical Engineer at Epishine, you will be part of our Product Integration team which consists of engineers within mechanics and electronics. The team’s purpose is to help our customers transition to Light Energy Harvesting by working on the application of our solar cells in their products. Your mission in the team will be to coordinate internal projects as well as customer projects by becoming a technical advisor within electronics.
The position offers varying tasks with the over-arching purpose of the role being:
Actively drive ongoing customer projects and act as a technical advisor to find optimal solutions for customer applications and design
Collaborate and communicate internally to solve customer issues and improve processes
Act as Epishine’s electrical advisor in internal projects
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvements of electrical integration according to our company roadmaps

Som Produktionsingenjör på Epishine blir du del av vårt Process Development-team, där ditt uppdrag är att förbättra produktionskapaciteten och kvalitén i vår rulle-till-rulle-baserade process. I ditt arbete kommer du att:
utveckla vår produktion för att säkerställa en hög produktionskapacitet och god kvalitet med hjälp av automation och digitalisering

The assignment
Epishine is now looking for students that would like to carry out their diploma thesis work in our R&D lab during the spring of 2023. The work will be concentrated around experimental development of organic electronic materials. The over-arching aim is to improve photovoltaic cells performance and thus accelerate the transition of the global energy market towards zero emissions. Together we will custom tailor a specific topic that combines your skillset with our needs.

You are a student who is planning to do your thesis diploma work during spring of 2023. You have an educational background in engineering, physics, chemistry or similar, and you have a clear technical interest. You have a passion for sustainability and you want to make an impact.

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som maskinoperatör på Epishine kommer du att arbeta med produktionen av våra organiska solceller. Detta innebär att du kommer hantera rulle-till-rulle-produktion enligt standardrutiner i semi-automatiserade maskiner. Arbetet innehåller även förberedelse och städning av maskiner och verktyg samt felsökningar och underhåll av maskiner.
Du kommer också säkerställa att produkten lever upp till våra kvalitetskrav. Vissa administrativa uppgifter ingår, såsom digital dokumentation av kvalitetskontrollerna. Vidare kommer du också delta i utveckling av våra standardrutiner för att säkerställa god kvalitet och effektivitet. Produktionen finns i Linköping tillsammans med Epishines huvudkontor och labb och i rollen blir du del av företagets Operations Team. Du rapporterar till din Operations Team Leader som är ytterst ansvarig för arbetet.

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som HR-ansvarig på Epishine kommer du jobba självständigt och vara go-to-personen för alla HR-frågor i organisationen. Du kommer till stor del att arbeta operativt genom att vara delaktig i rekryterings- och onboardingprocesser, arbeta med årliga lönekartläggningar, stötta våra medarbetare och teamledare, samtidigt som du säkerställer efterlevnad av arbetsrättsliga lagar, regler och kollektivavtal. What will you be doing?
As our Process Engineer, you will be a part of our Process Development team. Your mission will be to enhance production capacity and quality in the roll to roll based manufacturing processes. Your tasks will include:
working with conversion projects and plan, execute and analyse process tests
CAD-design and programming
tracking of machine operations to understand sources of deviations and implement necessary solutions
coordinating actions together with other internal teams, as well as with external suppliers and other production partners

As an International Account Manager at Epishine, your mission will be to identify, approach and partner with customers within IoT, PropTech, Facility Management and the sensor industry, and help them integrate our indoor solar cells in their products.

As you will work with accounts both in Sweden and on an international market, the role will include travels at around 50-80 days/year.


Who are we looking for?
You have a couple years of experience in B2B sales, preferably of technical solutions. In order to thrive in this role, you need to be a secure and trustworthy person with an interest for tech. You are able to learn about electronic applications in order to understand the needs of the customers and in order to collaborate with teams internally.
You are patient and have a long-term mindset when it comes to customer relationships. Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som maskinoperatör hos oss kommer du att vara en del av Epishines Operations team, där du kommer arbeta med produktionen av våra organiska solceller. Detta innebär att du kommer hantera rulle-till-rulle-produktion enligt standardrutiner i semi-automatiserade maskiner. Arbetet innehåller även förberedelse och städning av maskiner och verktyg, samt felsökningar och underhåll av maskiner. Produktionen finns i Linköping tillsammans med Epishines huvudkontor och labb.
Du kommer också säkerställa att produkten lever upp till våra kvalitetskrav. Vissa administrativa uppgifter ingår också, såsom digital dokumentation av kvalitetskontroller. Vidare kommer du också delta i utveckling av våra standardrutiner för att säkerställa god kvalitet och effektivitet.
Vem är det vi söker?
Vi söker dig som har ett tekniskt intresse och förmåga att hantera maskiner. Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta inom produktion. Det som vi främst värdesätter är däremot att du är en lagspelare som ställer upp för att nå både teamets och verksamhetens mål. Du är flexibel och redo att hjälpa till där det behövs. Samtidigt är du en strukturerad och noggrann person som förstår vikten av att följa rutiner och processer. Eftersom vi är ett företag i förändring och utveckling är det viktigt att du är öppen för förändring och du har blivit beskriven av andra som en problemlösare.

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som processingenjör hos oss kommer du vara en del av vårt processutvecklingsteam. Ditt uppdrag innebär att förbättra vår produktionskapacitet och kvalitet i vår rulle-till-rulle-baserade process. Dina huvuduppgifter inkluderar design och konstruktion av verktyg och maskiner i syfte att skapa förutsättningar för kostnadseffektiv och storskalig produktion. Du kommer ta ansvar för omställningsprojekt och planera, genomföra och analysera processtester.
Vidare kommer du att följa driften av våra maskiner för att förstå källor för avvikelser och implementera nödvändiga lösningar. Du kommer koordinera åtgärder tillsammans med våra interna team, men också med externa leverantörer och andra produktionspartners. Du kommer att proaktivt söka och utvärdera nya produktionsteknologier för att säkerställa att vår produktion har en hög nivå av digitalisering och automation. Du kommer med andra ord vara en nyckelperson i Epishines fortsatta utveckling och framgång!
Vem söker vi?
Vi letar efter någon som vill växa tillsammans med oss på Epishine. Vi tror att du har relevant utbildning i kombination med ett intresse för teknik och mekanik. Du är en händig person med förmåga och erfarenhet av att materialisera idéer. Om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med att utveckla produktionsprocesser är det meriterande, men inte ett krav. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att bygga automationssystem eller om du har byggt industriell utrustning.
Du är anpassningsbar och bekväm med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Då våra team består av medarbetare från olika delar av världen måste du vara bekväm med att kommunicera både i tal och i skrift på engelska. Du är öppen för nya, innovativa sätt att arbeta med processutveckling, automation och digitalisering. Det innebär att du har ett nyfiket, problemlösande förhållningssätt och du är inte rädd för att föreslå nya idéer. Sist men inte minst är du en pålitlig “doer” med en positiv inställning.

What will you be working with?
As Process Development Engineer, you will be a part of our Process Development team. Your mission will be to assist in the enhancement of our production capacity and quality in the roll to roll based manufacturing processes. You will proactively search for and evaluate new production technologies to secure that our manufacturing has a high degree of digitalisation and automation. Hence, you will be a key actor in ensuring Epishine’s continued growth and success.
Your main tasks will include the construction of new production tools, implementation of new technical solutions and production troubleshooting. Moreover, you will coordinate actions together with other teams, as well as with external suppliers and other production partners.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to grow together with us at Epishine. We believe that you have a relevant engineering degree in combination with a technical or mechanical interest. You are a hands-on type of person, with a proven ability to materialise ideas. If you have experience working with production process development it is beneficial, however not a requirement.
As our teams consists of colleagues from various parts of the world, you must be comfortable communicating in verbal as well as in written English. Additionally, you are adaptable and comfortable working both independently and together with others. You have good communication skills and can with ease collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders. You are open to new, innovative ways of working with process development, automation and digitalisation. This includes having a curious, problem-solving mindset, and you are not afraid to propose new solutions. Last but not least, you are a reliable “doer” with a can-do attitude.
