You will be part of our headquarter team in Linköping and work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager. About the role as Global Marketing Coordinator
As the Global Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and producing marketing materials, including testimonials, presentations, videos, press releases and newsletters. Further tasks include working closely with the regional sales offices to coordinate local marketing material and campaigns, including events and webinars, ensuring we maintain our graphic profile and that our marketing efforts serve to achieve our goals. We sometimes work with international marketing agencies where you will be involved and, in some cases, lead the collaboration. You will also support creating our annual report as well as produce market research and competitor analysis.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for our website and social media. During 2022, we plan a major branding project where you will have the opportunity to contribute with new ideas to shape our future branding and marketing strategy.
As the Global Marketing Coordinator, occasional travelling may be required to participate in exhibitions or meetings at our regional offices.
This position is placed in Linköping, but we are open for the possibility to work from home or another location.
Who are you?
Through engaged project management, you are expected to be productive, collaborate with other roles and deliver according to schedule based on current goals, strategies and guidelines. Since we often work in cross-functional teams, it is vital that you are a true team player, flexible, unpretentious and enjoy working in an international environment. You are driven and initiate and complete your projects and responsibilities. You have excellent communication skills, whilst also being creative and having a great eye for details.
You have a Bachelor or equivalent degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Design and Communication and previous experience within marketing. We are passionate about our products and therefore we also value if you have an interest in or experience from the MedTech or healthcare industry. You are a fast learner with the ability to understand complex products and services. You manage MS Office and Google Analytic with ease and it is also helpful if you are used to Adobe CC, MailChimp, CRM or CMS (e.g., Wordpress). Since we are a global organization, you need to be comfortable with professional English, both written and verbal. Swedish is preferable however not a must. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
