The R&D team is a multi-site team (Aarhus, DK and Linköping, SE where the Fagerhult group´s European competency center is located) currently consisting of 6 engineers working on embedded software, our Linux IoT gateway, our cloud solution (back-end/front-end) and Android apps used for configuration and diagnosis in the field. The team is really busy sparking life into our next generation hardware and in order to maintain a top quality level we see this role as highly important, as the team is expected to grow significantly during the coming years.

We are therefore looking for a Quality Assurance / Test Engineer who will be in charge of Continuous Integration and Deployment of our Software releases. That will include making sure existing tests pass, new tests are added and new software releases are deployed to existing installations and tested on site before being released to the world.

In the long run, the person will be entirely responsible for release testing and validation and fulfill a team lead role in the testing/QA area.






Who are you?

- You hold a degree (B.Sc., M.Sc.) in engineering or equivalent via relevant experience

- You have experience with software development and/or testing

- You are comfortable with using one or more of the technologies listed below

- You have a tester mindset and like to break things, in a systematic and reproducible way

- You are comfortable working in English, other languages are definitely a plus

About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:


- Troubleshooting customer issues related to sensor node configuration, IoT gateways, the portal, and the mobile app

- Providing remote support to field technicians

- Resolving connectivity issues with the lighting control system

- Configuring and updating software for IoT gateways

- Occasionally performing on-site troubleshooting

- Conducting Over-The-Air Programming (OTAP) for sensors

- Creating and updating documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting manuals (in English)

- Conducting and participating in training sessions

- Providing feedback to the Product Management team and creating internal development tickets
- Assisting the QA team


Who are you?

We believe you have a technical education or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. You possess a strong technical understanding and a keen interest in learning more about our products and emerging technologies.

You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, with an aptitude for writing and documenting in English. A structured working style is essential. There’s potential for this role to evolve into a team leadership position, so previous leadership experience is a plus.

Som Training Specialist kommer du ansvara för att ta fram och producera utbildningsmaterial för olika intressenter på marknaden, såsom armaturtillverkare, elkonsulter, elinstallatörer och slutkunder. Beroende av intresse kan det också finnas möjlighet att över tid även hålla i vissa utbildningar och föredrag i olika format. Du kan även komma att författa skriftligt utbildningsmaterial och smidiga användarguider beroende på behov. Materialet och utbildningarna skrivs och kommuniceras helt på engelska, så därför är det viktigt att du är van och bekväm med det engelska språket.

Som Technical Support Engineer kommer du tillhandahålla expertis, både internt i bolaget och till externa kunder. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter kan vara:

- Felsökning av inkomna kundärenden relaterade till konfiguration av sensornoder, IoT Gateways och portalen.
- Stödja 2nd line support (remote) i deras arbete.
- Lösa anslutningsproblem kopplat till belysningskontrollsystemet.
- Konfigurera/uppdatera programvara för nya och befintliga IoT Gateways.
- Utföra Over The Air Programming (OTAP) för sensorerna när det behövs eller för ny funktionalitet.
- Kontinuerligt skapa och uppdatera dokumentation såsom användarguider, felsökningsguider och teknisk dokumentation (på engelska).
- Delta och genomföra utbildningar.
- Ge feedback till Product Management-teamet och skapa interna utvecklingsärenden.
- Assistera QA-teamet med in-house testning för att återskapa och lösa problem.

Som sökande tror vi att du har en akademisk utbildning som ingenjör, men det är inte ett krav om du har
arbetslivserfarenhet inom relevant område. Vi tror även att du har ett stort tekniskt kunnande och stort intresse där du vill lära dig om nya produkter och ny teknik.
Du talar flytande engelska, svenska är meriterande men inget krav. Du är duktig på att skriva/dokumentera på engelska.
Har du grundläggande kunskaper inom några (men nödvändigtvis inte alla) av följande områden är det mycket meriterande: AWS, sensornoder, nätverk, AWS IoT Core, MQTT-protokoll, trådlösa kommunikationsprotokoll, MS Excel och Jira.
Som person gillar du problemlösning där du genom att vara lösningsorienterad löser komplexa tekniska
problem. Du är även serviceinriktad och kommunikativ med en kundfokuserad inställning.

Som Apputvecklare hos oss kommer du att tillhöra ett team med utvecklare som jobbar med både med vår Portal och våra appar.

Teamet arbetar agilt där teamwork värdesätts och du jobbar tillsammans med dina kollegor för att lösa problem och driva arbetet framåt.

Du ska ha en påvisbar förmåga att vara självgående och själv-motiverad, och arbeta inom ett tvärfunktionellt globalt företag i en agil miljö.

Vi letar efter dig som har civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom relevant område, samt minst 5 års erfarenhet inom apputveckling.

Du tycker om att samarbeta med andra, varvid vi tror att du är kommunikativ och social som person. Du talar flytande engelska, svenska är meriterande men inget krav.

Du har också erfarenhet inom:

- Utveckling och distribution av inhemska mobilapplikationer samt Flutter-baserade applikationer för både iOS och Android.
- Moderna verktyg och metoder för mjukvaruutveckling: versionskontroll, enhetstestning, automatiserad testning, ärendehantering.
- Minst ett mobilt programmeringsspråk, t.ex. Java, Kotlin, Dart, Objective-C eller Swift.

Du har kunskap inom:

- Bästa praxis för säker mjukvaruutveckling.
- Bluetooth och Bluetooth Low Energy-applikationer.
- Wireframe, mockup och UI/UX-ramverk.

The R&D team is a diverse multi-site team currently consisting of twelve engineers working on embedded software, our Linux IoT gateway, our cloud solution (backend/frontend) and Android apps used for configuration and diagnosis in the field. The team is really busy sparking life into our next generation hardware and really needs more hands to get all the new features implemented. The team is expected to grow significantly during the coming years.

We are looking for a backend developer to strengthen the team and contribute to the development of our cloud-based smart lighting solution.

In order to strengthen our marketing capabilities we are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator, located in Linköping, who will be responsible for our marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator should have an eye for text and image management and be passionate about marketing communication in all its forms.

With us, you will work with internal communication as well as external marketing material for Seneco and our brand Citygrid, speaking to our B2B customers which have a central role in our business.

Work description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Seneco, you will plan and execute marketing activities in multiple channels that align with the marketing strategy and guidelines that we shape together. You will work closely with the Product Manager and will have a broad role in a small team. You know how to work with social media, websites and traffic-driving measures digitally. You think it's fun to work creatively with brand manuals and have an eye for color and shape. You participate and are helpful at meetings in both smaller and larger formats. You will have overall control over parts of our marketing and the daily work includes everything from producing newsletters both internally and externally, producing and maintaining our marketing material such as brochures, product sheets and banners as well as supporting the R&D teams with the application and web design.

You are responsible for updating websites and are involved in driving the company's marketing plans, marketing activities and internal communication. Also acts as a supporting function for the organization with, among other things, background and presentation material.
Who are you?

- You hold an education in marketing or relevant field or hold relevant working experience.
- You are self-motivated, communicative and engaged in everything you do.

In the long run, the person will be entirely responsible for release testing and validation and fulfill a team lead role in the testing/QA area.

We are now on a search for an experienced Product Manager to join the growing team in Sweden while working alongside the Australian based team. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, a high performing individual who will have ownership of the entire Organic Response product lifecycle. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities within the Group.

Product Manager - responsibilities

- Ownership of the core Organic Response product
- Leverage cross functional relationships to ensure product roadmap aligns with market needs
- Become the product knowledge leader for technical support to the wider Group
- Assist and support in marketing activities & events as they relate to the product Coordinate Product Board meeting events, including pre and post meeting engagement with Group partners
- Work closely with the other Product Manager within ORT to deliver a global solution, maintaining close stakeholder relationships with key Group representatives.
- Expand and maintain competitor analysis information, by leveraging knowledge experts amongst the Group.


Product Manager - skills and experiences:

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager, coupled with relevant industry experience

- Demonstrated experience working with cross functional software development teams and Agile processes
- Exceptional communication skills including writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
