You will be part of our headquarter Commercial team in Linköping and work closely with our Global Account Manager as well as with our Chief Commercial Officer. About the role As Junior Commercial Account Specialist at SyntheticMR, you will play an important role in the development and management of SyntheticMR’s relationship with stakeholder accounts. You will assist our Global Account Manager and work closely with our various regional sales teams and be the link between the global and regional partnerships. You will also coordinate with different departments such as marketing, R n D and Product management to align plans and actions.
Tasks included in the role are:
• Developing and maintaining partner accounts and related activities
• Analyzing account data, provide forecasts and monitor partner preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
• Reviewing account budgets and pricing and work to improve cost effectiveness
• Prepare material for partnership presentations
This is a full-time position and you will be placed in our headquarter office in Linköping. International travels will occur.
Are you still a student planning to graduate within the year? The role can also be combined with studies and the working hours would be flexible and set out in discussions between you and our Global Account Manager.
Who are you?
You could either be a student who within the year will receive a university degree in economics, management, industrial engineering, or another relevant field or you have just graduated looking for your first exciting job! No previous work experience is required as our team will help you develop and learn the necessary skills for the role. It is however beneficial if you have some type of international background, for example through university, work or through personal experience.
What we find important is that you are an efficient and natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Working independently is easy for you and with your structured and businessfocused mindset, you drive your work forward in collaboration with your team. You are professional, humble, and a trustworthy person with sharp analytical skills. You also have experience working in Microsoft Office and can navigate easily in the program.
Since we are a global organization, you need to be comfortable with professional Swedish as well as English, both written and verbal.
